Description Technical Specs How it Operates   In its most basic mode the controller senses the temperature in the bottom of a solar storage tank and compares that against the temperature of the collector sensor and when the temperature in the collector rises a set amount above the temperature in the bottom of the storage tank, a relay is energized and this can start a circulating pump.  When the sun goes down and the temperature of the collector reduces to a set amount above the temperature in the bottom of the storage tank; the controller de-energizes the relay which shuts off the pump.  There are several more functions, which are described in the well written manual.
