Description Technical Specs How it Operates   Lady Forming the Outer Glass Tubes When the outside tube has been molded, then a "getter"; which collects contaminents and a spring clip are installed into the tube, which then gets the  inter glass tube inserted, and a high vacuum ( 3 x 10 (-3)) drawn to create a large vacuum tube.  This is  followed by a 12 layer tri-valent absorptive material being deposited in a special sputtering chamber process.  Finally a copper pipe gets inserted down the middle of the vacuum tube and sealed up.  A bulb on the end of the copper pipe gets very hot. A demo of hot hot, instant steam. The copper bulb then gets inserted into a manifold where the water flows around each bulb. . Collector Manifold The controller then calculates the difference in temperature between the hot end of the manifold and the bottom of the hot water tank.  When the temperature difference  is greater than 20 degrees C; the controller starts the circulation pump which runs until the temperature differenc goes below 20 degrees C like at sundown.
